Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are considered final after payment.

Due to multiple external factors outside of The Gardening Gnome's control, returns, refunds or exchanges will only be considered on a case by case basis. We encourage our customers to reach out if they are experiencing any problems with the plants or products we sell.

In the event of an exchange, due to a limited supply and revolving inventory, we will attempt to replace the product with the original type if available. If that product is not available, a different product may be substituted.

In the event of a refund, payment will only be returned to the original payment method.
